This policy applies only to orders placed directly on omnicreatine.com.

How to Start a Return

All returns must be submitted through our online returns portal within 30 days of delivery. You will need your order number and shipping ZIP code to begin.

Once your return is reviewed and approved, you will receive return instructions including the correct return address and a return reference number. This reference number must be included inside your package. Returns received without it may be delayed or go unprocessed.

Approved return packages must be shipped within 28 days of approval.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, or qualifies under the OMNI Free Guarantee.

In approved cases, OMNI Creatine may provide a prepaid return label at its discretion. When a prepaid label is issued for a standard return, a flat $8 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

Defect or fulfillment error? If your return is due to a confirmed defect or fulfillment error reported within 48 hours of delivery — with photos — return shipping is covered and no fee is deducted.

Customers shipping with their own carrier are responsible for purchasing the label, covering all costs, and ensuring the package reaches the approved return address listed in the portal. We strongly recommend using a tracked service.

OMNI Creatine is not responsible for returns that are lost, delayed, or misdelivered when customers use their own label. Products sent to any address other than the approved return address may not be eligible for a refund or reshipment.

Return Condition

Returned products must be unopened, sealed, and in original packaging unless otherwise stated in this policy. Returns received opened, used, or not in acceptable condition may be denied.

Opened products are eligible for refund only under the OMNI Free Guarantee, and only on the first subscription order.

Processing & Refunds

Refunds, store credit, or exchanges are issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected at our warehouse.

Once approved, refunds are typically initiated within 1 to 2 business days. Depending on your payment method, funds may take up to 10 business days to appear.

If your return shows as delivered but you have not received confirmation within 5 business days, contact support and include your tracking number.

If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still have not received your refund, please reach out so we can follow up.

Security notice: All refund requests must be submitted from the original purchaser's email address. Requests from any other source will not be processed.

Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not our responsibility.

If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately. Once a shipping label is created, changes cannot be guaranteed. Packages returned as undeliverable can be reshipped once you cover the additional postage. If you prefer a refund instead, the original shipping cost will be deducted. We do not replace or refund orders delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. All orders enter an automated fulfillment workflow immediately after checkout.

Subscriptions

All subscription changes — including pauses, skips, and cancellations — must be completed by the customer through the account portal. This ensures accuracy and keeps your account secure.

OMNI Free Guarantee

The OMNI Free Guarantee applies only to your first subscription order. It is a one-time offer that allows new customers to try OMNI Creatine risk-free.

If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund on up to one opened pouch from that first order. The limits by order size are:

1 pouch 1 pouch
2 pouches 1 pouch
3 or more pouches 2 pouches maximum

This guarantee can only be used once and does not apply to any subscription renewal or future order. All requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

One-time purchases are not covered by the OMNI Free Guarantee and follow our standard return and refund policy above.
